Hi, I’m Lisa.

I love designing practical and pretty crochet patterns. I learned how to crochet in my Girl Scout troop when I was ten. I crocheted on and off since then, using my own designs because I never learned how to read a pattern. I mostly made gifts for family and friends, and practical items for around my home. The pandemic lockdowns exponentially increased the time I could spend on my hobby, and I learned how to read a pattern. At the end of 2020, I joined Instagram and found an amazing community of makers!

In 2021, I had some ideas for designs but didn’t know the first thing about the process of writing a pattern. I started pattern testing and learned so much from designers and other pattern testers. I wrote my first pattern that summer, and it was released in September 2021. I kept designing and just love it. Being a part of a creative process has been life-giving for me and so much fun.
